There's no list of missions to claim, and no automatic sign-up. We assign every mission ourselves, to someone we've met. If you're looking for an app where you grab gigs on the fly, this isn't it.
How we recruit
Someone vouches for you
We recruit by referral. Someone we know, or who knows someone we know, vouches for you. It's our best protection, and it costs no one anything.
A video interview
Fifteen minutes. We verify your identity, talk about how you get around, which neighborhoods you cover, and what you're good at.
Missions arrive on WhatsApp
One mission = one message, with the brief, the address, the net amount, and the proof expected. You have thirty minutes to say yes or no. Saying no doesn't count against you.
What we guarantee you
- The net amount is announced before you accept. It doesn't change.
- You're paid by Mobile Money within 24 hours of client confirmation.
- Expenses are advanced to you: you never spend your own money.
- You can decline or walk away from a mission that doesn't feel right. You're still paid.
- We never give your personal number to the client.
What we expect
- Punctuality: a mission scheduled for today happens today.
- Proof in the requested format, every time, without us having to follow up.
- Absolute discretion: what you see at a client's isn't shared.
- Honesty about expenses, with receipts.
- Respect for the people filmed: no video without their consent.
